Questions

How does the leadership free trial work?: You pick a plan and enter your card, but you aren't charged for 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Is there a free trial for teen coaching?: No. Families start with the founding-family pilot ($79/month for 8 weeks) or a monthly plan.
What happens when the pilot ends?: It stops by itself after 8 weeks with no further charges. You're never moved to another plan unless you choose one.
Can I cancel?: Yes, anytime from your billing page. Coaching continues to the end of the period you've already paid for.
Does a parent see their teen's messages?: No. Parents see only what the family agreed to at enrollment, such as participation and agreed goals. No plan, at any price, changes that.
Who writes the messages?: Dr. Ruffin uses AI to help prepare lessons and draft replies, and reviews and approves every message before it's sent.
